Purpose of Job

  1. Maintain and constantly update corporate website ************* to fulfil stakeholder requirements across Departments, always ensuring that User Interface (UI) is optimised so that the corporate website is easy to use, attractive and secure, to meet user needs. Note: ************* uses a custom CMS.
  2. Maximise ************* traffic and subscribers/leads to achieve annual targets, working closely with the Strategic Marketing and Digital Fundraising teams.
  3. Design digital collaterals e.g. static banners, videos, etc for the organisation
  4. Monitor and develop reports by deadline on all website data, e.g. online traffic and conversions on *************
  5. Manage corporate website and youth activation subscriber database and e-blasts.


Major Activities and Key Outputs

1. Consult with colleagues across Departments (stakeholders) for content to build and update microsites, pages, forms, images, articles, publications and downloads on ************* Propose page layouts and website features to optimise UI and maximise corporate website subscriptions.


2. Manage SEO and Google Grants for Non Profits to maximise traffic to ************* – working closely with WWF International Digital Team


3. Innovate and execute strategies to grow and maximise corporate website traffic and engagement from all sources – working closely with the Strategic Marketing and Digital Fundraising teams


4. Manage ************* subscriber/leads database, build online forms and e-blasts


5. Design and produce monthly/ fortnightly reports, including but not limited to:

  • Web analytics reports – e.g. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel – to monitor ************* traffic and conversions e.g. donations, subscribers, leads, pledges, PDF downloads, etc.
  • CRM solution reports to monitor demographics and sources of ************* subscribers, open rates of e-blast to subscribers, etc.


6. Provide assistance with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels) for other

Departments when needed e.g. Fundraising channel *************


7. Produce digital collaterals e.g. banners, videos, etc. by deadline


8. Innovate and contribute ideas towards helping the Communications and Marketing Department deliver KPIs by deadline.


9. Assist Supervisor in executing campaign activities, including virtual and ground events.


Specifications

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, relevant internship and/or work experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of website management and customer relationship management tools
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred (Training for ************* custom CMS will be provided).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and web analytics e.g. Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixels
  • Highly proficient in using design tools e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva, Wondershare.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Excellent creative design, communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
  • Interest in environmental conservation


This position is offered on a 6-month contract basis only, with a maximum salary of RM2,400 per month.
