Key Responsibilities:

Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Perform and lead maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems including Air Compressor, Dryer, Vacuum, Fire Fighting, Gas, Electrical and utility systems.
• Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support building and infrastructure maintenance to maintain a safe and reliable working environment.

Project Execution & Technical Support

• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of new or upgraded M&E systems.
• Review technical designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance and practicality.
• Monitor project progress, manpower planning, and material usage to achieve timely delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, customers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including testing reports and progress updates.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and QA/QC standards.
• Support and promote 5S workplace organization and best maintenance practices.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Facility.
• Ensure all maintenance operation comply with statutory regulation company policies and industry standards.
• Oversee the renewal JKKP,BOMBA,ST,DOE and relevant regulatory approvals.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or BO Chargeman.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Facility Engineering, utilities and M&E systems (Manufacturing experience preferred).
• Experience in Carbon Footprint reporting or as an Energy Manager is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Air Compressor, Dryer, Vacuum, Fire Fighting, Gas, Electrical and utility systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility and technical issues.
• Familiar with M&E project coordination, installation, and commissioning.
• Good understanding of industry codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
