Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

- Malaysian citizen.

- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as we value fresh perspectives and a hunger to learn.


2. Hard Skills & Knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for essential administrative and coordination tasks

- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Illustrator is considered an added advantage.

- The ability to produce 3D renderings and high-quality concept visuals is a significant plus.


3.Soft Skills & Qualities

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively between creative and administrative work.

- Strong communication and client management skills to bridge the gap between ideas and execution.

- A responsible nature with a high attention to detail, ensuring all project paperwork and coordination are handled accurately.

- Willingness to travel for site visits when required to ensure the integrity of our design work.

岗位职责

Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Client Relations

- Manage and communicate with clients professionally throughout the project process to help us build long-lasting relationships based on trust.

- Participate in design presentations and client meetings, allowing you to refine your public speaking and shared visioning skills.

- Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and presentation materials so that we can align our creative goals with the client's expectations early in the process.

- Create 3D designs and concept visuals to provide our clients with a realistic glimpse of their future spaces.


2. Operational & Administrative Support*

- Handle general office tasks and project documentation to help our team stay organized and ensure no detail is overlooked.

- Manage administrative coordination and scheduling so that we can maintain a smooth flow between design stages and final installation.

- Maintain accurate project files and records, allowing the team to access critical information quickly and keep projects on track.


3.Project Coordination & Site Execution

- Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design concepts are properly executed, allowing you to see your creative ideas come to life in the physical world.

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure a smooth project flow so that we can deliver excellence on time.
