This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Puchong. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer technical expertise. Key responsibilities include generating sales leads, delivering technical support to address client concerns, preparing proposals, and conducting presentations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. The Sales Engineer will also maintain and build strong relationships with clients to support business growth.

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, with a proven ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and addressing customer technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams, as well as presenting technical products and solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of pump systems, water or wastewater management, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in preparing sales documentation and technical proposals is an advantage.
