We are looking for a responsible, organized and firm individual to handle the company’s Accounts & HR matters.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company account files & related documentation
- Key in data, expenses & maintain proper filing records
- Liaise with outsourced accountant regarding company accounts
- Handle supplier payments & transaction records
- Assist with payroll, staff claims & employee records
- Manage HR documents such as attendance, leave & staff letters
- Ensure all hardcopy & softcopy filing systems are well organized
- Assist in daily administrative & operational tasks
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed smoothly
- Help monitor staff discipline & internal staff matters when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Responsible, firm and able to work under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented & willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Based in Rawang, Selangor

Pay: RM1,988.58 - RM2,600.00 per month
