We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organized individual to manage our TikTok Shop, Shopee and website operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update products on TikTok Shop, Shopee & website
• Upload product listings, descriptions, pricing & product details
• Set up campaigns, vouchers, promotions & platform activities
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
• Handle order management & print AWB for daily orders
• Monitor daily stock balance and coordinate with stock team
• Ensure stock quantity on all platforms is updated accurately
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth platform operations
• Prepare sales reports & key in related data
• Source and manage TikTok affiliates/influencers
• Assist in monitoring product performance and campaign results
• Ensure all platforms are updated, organized and running smoothly

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Based in Rawang, Selangor
• Responsible, organized and able to work under pressure
• Fast learner and able to multitask
• Good understanding of TikTok Shop & Shopee is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and can work under pressure
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
