Job Scope for Operation Admin
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare, update, and maintain operation documents.
- Handle, check, and verify POD and delivery dockets.
- Ensure POD and dockets are signed, stamped, dated, and completed correctly.
- Match POD and dockets with delivery orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Update records, reports, and tracking files accurately.
- Follow up on missing or incomplete POD and dockets.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, sales, finance, and customers.
- File and submit completed documents to the relevant department.
- Assist in solving delivery, stock, or documentation issues.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
