岗位职责

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Responsible for documents filling administrative work.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information.
  • Arrange courier service collection and reserve pickup.
  • Inform customers in Klang Valley when goods are done and ready for self-collection.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of sample materials from supplier.
    Issue Invoices & Deliver Order on daily basis.
  • Finalize job sheet before sending to production.
  • To handle customer/ supplier direct call line and solve the related problem.
  • Checking courier invoice to match with customer courier charges.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.
