Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in planning and executing the menu.
- Assist in food preparation, presentation and cooking of local cuisines according to recipes and specifications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation areas, cooking surface and utensils used through good sanitation and organization skills.
- Ensure and upkeep the freshness and quality of food items through stock management.
- To coordinate and control the activity of the overall kitchen.
- To attend and contribute the daily kitchen meeting.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
- Those without the qualification above but have at least minimum 2 year’s of experience in F&B / Kitchen Operations can be considered.
- Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays.
- Work location: Foodies Nest, The Starling Mall.
- Certificate in Food Handling and Vaccination Card (Typhoid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
