Oversee a group of stores and work with a respective downline to develop and implement short-term and long-term tactical plans in line with the company's strategies
Regular monitoring of store sales and ensuring goals and expectations are achieved
Lead, motivate, and empower staff to maximize customer satisfaction, and business results and ensure continuous business growth
Responsible to ensure store visual layout and projection are in compliance with SOP, well organized and properly merchandised
Analysis of the market to identify expansion opportunities within the area
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Role Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail operations management
Great leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude, and able to interact with all level of people and motivate others
A team player with good problem-solving skills and possess high degree of integrity
