Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Attendance Management
- Maintain attendance reports, updating them on a daily basis.
- Generate attendance reports and compile daywork summaries for general workers bi-weekly.
- 2. Document Handling and Reporting
- Compile, record, photostat, file, and send Delivery Orders (DO) and related documents to HQ weekly.
- Generate attendance reports and compile overtime submissions for all site staff, obtaining Project Leader's approval and forwarding to HQ monthly.
- Attend telephone calls and guests, taking down messages and inquiries.
- 3. Record Keeping and Distribution
- Receive and distribute incoming documents for the office, maintaining a proper record of distribution.
- Ensure a systematic filing system for files, documents, and quality records is maintained and regularly updated.
- 4. Office Support and Maintenance
- Assist in office equipment/assets maintenance.
- Handle stationery requisition, control, and distribution.
- 5. Meeting Preparation and Minute-Taking
- Prepare for site meetings, including photostating and distributing minutes.
- 6. Clerical Assistance and Ad-hoc Duties
- Assist in all clerical work in the absence of the Senior Site Clerk.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
