Job Details

Position: Personal Assistant (PA)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Location: 1-01-1, Presint Alami, Pusat Perniagaan Worldwide 2, No. 2 Persiaran Akuatik Seksyen 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the Director in daily operations and administrative matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling confidential documents, and ensuring all important tasks and follow-ups are completed efficiently. You will also act as a key communication bridge between the Director, internal departments, clients, and external parties.

This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders
2) Accompany the Director to meetings, site visits, business appointments, events, or official matters when required
3) Handle confidential documents, reports, emails, and administrative matters professionally
4) Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external parties on behalf of the Director
5) Prepare meeting arrangements, presentation materials, reports, and minutes of meetings
6) Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and important matters to ensure timely completion
7) Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning
8) Handle personal errands, purchasing, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director
9) Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, and records for easy reference
10) Support daily operational and administrative activities as required by management

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2) Experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin role is an advantage
3) Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
4) Willing to travel or accompany the Director when required
