KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:
- Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to identify and implement improvements, optimizing processes for increased sales team productivity.
- Customer Journey Enhancement: Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey, contributing to a positive overall customer experience.
- Coordination with Head of Sales: Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to align administrative tasks and initiatives with overarching sales objectives.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to existing processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the sales department.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:
- Minimum Diploma holding/progressing students with the background in any Engineering, Business or any other related fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic GSuite or Microsoft Skills.
- Great analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Willing to thrive and go above and beyond.
