key Responsibilities
- Collect, check, and verify Proof of Delivery documents from drivers, couriers, or delivery partners.
- Ensure delivery details such as customer name, delivery date, invoice number, signature, stamp, and delivery status are complete and accurate.
- Update POD records in the company system or delivery tracking platform.
- Follow up on missing, incomplete, or rejected POD documents.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, customer service, and clients regarding delivery confirmations.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing of POD documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly POD reports for management.
- Assist in resolving delivery disputes, missing items, or customer claims using POD records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
- Support billing or finance teams by providing verified delivery documents when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, customer service, or documentation is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of delivery documentation and logistics processes.
- Experience using transport management systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to prepare simple reports and track pending PODs.

Working Conditions
- Office-based role with coordination across warehouse, transport, and customer service teams.
- May require occasional overtime during peak delivery or month-end closing periods.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
