You will be responsible for maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition, supporting administrative and logistics tasks, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of the organisation. Job Description:
- Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the Director/Management to meetings, appointments, and personal engagements
- Plan efficient routes and adjust based on traffic or road conditions
- Be on standby as required, including extended hours and outstation travel
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition
- Arrange and monitor routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Track and coordinate timely renewal of road tax and insurance
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, trips, and fuel usage
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and personal matters
- Present a professional, respectful, and courteous attitude at all times
- Assist with handling luggage, documents, or items when required
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Report any accidents, damages, or traffic summons promptly
- Provide support with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as a personal driver for senior management
- Possess valid Class D and GDL licences
- Clean driving record with good knowledge of local and outstation routes
- High level of integrity, discretion, and responsibility
- Punctual, flexible, and able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to start immediately is an advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
