We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chef to oversee multi-outlet operations (2 kitchens) including both kitchen and front-of-house operations.
This role requires a strong operational mindset — not only cooking, but also ensuring smooth daily execution across outlets, team performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for 2 burger outlets (kitchen + front-of-house)
- Ensure consistency in food quality, speed, and service standards across outlets
- Manage full kitchen operations: prep, cooking, service flow, opening & closing
- Supervise front-of-house operations (service flow, customer experience, outlet readiness)
- Maintain strict SOP, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen & service teams
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory control
- Ensure proper execution of all menu items across outlets
- Support menu improvement and operational R&D
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chef / Kitchen Supervisor / Operations Chef (F&B or QSR preferred)
- Strong experience in SOP-driven and structured operations
- Ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Strong leadership, discipline, and accountability
- Comfortable handling fast-paced multi-outlet operations
- Multi-outlet management experience is a strong plus
