Job Responsibilities:
- To assist and perform general administration jobs.
- Responsible for the overall office building maintenance.
- In charge of office stationery.
- Responsible for welcoming visitors and customers, informing staff of their arrival and directing them to their destination.
- Responsible for all incoming telephones inquiries and answering calls
- Assisting colleagues & performing ad-hoc with administrative tasks duties.
- To perform ad hoc tasks as and when required and assigned by the superior.
- Assist colleagues to book meeting room
Job Requirements:
- At least SPM level qualification /Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office Application
- Timely response to request for information, service and assistance
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
