Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
- Monitor project costing, claims, and progress billing
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and banks regarding payments and documentation
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
- Assist in payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory submissions
- Support audit and tax preparation activities
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in accounting/construction industry preferred
- Knowledge in construction billing, project claims, and costing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
