Provide business solution support to the Sales & Marketing team in Malaysia.
Gather and document initial business requirements from users.
Provide advisory advisory support and recommend solutions for new business needs.
Assist in business requirement analysis, preparation of user requirement specifications, as well as testing and deployment for new rollouts or enhancements to existing solutions.
Provide first-level support for service requests from country users, including issue investigation and escalation to CSSC for SalesPlus , mCollector, DMS, POP6-related matters.
Deliver daily operational support, including troubleshooting and application installation on mobile devices.
Provide user training, when required (SalesPlus, mCollector, CCF, POP6, Power BI & etc.)
Perform monthly data maintenance to support ongoing operational usage.
Conduct business analysis to support Sales & Marketing requirements.
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, and other related studies
Strong interpersonal skills with different people in multi-channel environment.
Demonstrated influence skills, creativity, problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issue.
Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and teams.
Autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
With a “sleeves rolled up” approach and in a collaborative manner.
