Job Description
Responsibilities
Since 1977, NTUC First Campus (NFC) has been an early childhood education and services leader. As a social enterprise, we have been introducing many inspiring and innovative firsts in our drive to create bright futures for every child, their family and our people.
We believe that every child and their family can realise their best potential – if children have access to high quality preschool education that nurtures them for a lifetime of growth, and parents get the help they need.
We provide education and associated services for young children and their families through our preschools, driven by evidence-based curriculum rooted in the latest international research. To meet the holistic needs of every family, we constantly innovate our curricula and services to better serve them.
The Intern, HR Tech & Automation (6-months) is responsible for supporting the management and optimisation of RPA initiatives within NFC’s HR Systems team, with a focus on automating processes and leveraging data analytics to drive business insights.
This role plays a crucial part in driving automation within the HR team, ensuring seamless implementation, documentation, and maintenance of RPA initiatives. This hands-on position involves leveraging UiPath and Python to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in RPA, Python-driven automation, and HR analytics with a strong focus on operational efficiency and data management. A detail-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for success in this role.
