职位描述

岗位职责

We’re looking for curious, hands‑on, and driven individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee, Packaging Operations. This is your chance to step into a real production environment, work on actual business challenges, and see how data and decisions come together to drive operational excellence.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making things run better, faster, and smarter — this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Make real impact by tracking performance metrics and supporting improvement projects across our packaging lines
  • Solve problems that matter by identifying root causes of machine or process issues and helping the team fix them
  • Improve how things work by developing or enhancing SOPs to strengthen maintenance practices and operational standards
  • Turn data into action by analysing trends and recommending ideas that improve efficiency and performance

What we’re looking for

  • You’re curious and analytical — you enjoy breaking down problems and figuring out how to improve things
  • You take ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you follow through on your ideas
  • You’re a team player — you communicate well, collaborate easily, and bring positive energy to the team
  • You’re resilient and adaptable — you’re open to challenges, feedback, and learning on the go
  • You care about doing meaningful work — not just completing tasks, but making an impact

What you can expect

An organisation that invests in your growth and empowers you to excel.

We consciously create an environment that genuinely focuses on developing our people through coaching.

We empower individuals to take ownership, make decisions, and learn from both successes and challenges. In line with our Growth Culture, we are committed to supporting you in reaching your full potential while creating meaningful impact.

A positive, inclusive, and high‑energy workplace where your contributions matter. The role places you at the heart of consumer experiences, and you will be supported by a team that values collaboration, compassion, and diverse perspectives.

You can expect a team that celebrates wins together, moves with speed, and embraces innovation to deliver extraordinary results. Your ideas, courage to challenge the status quo, and passion for our consumer will be recognized and appreciated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field)
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper (or equivalent)
  • Ability to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to collaborate effectively with the team
  • Available for at least 3 months
  • Active in extracurriculars / leadership experiences is a plus
