Goals Achievements:

1. Conduct material quantity take-offs and demarcation based on construction plans to support project operations.
2. Verify and ensure the accuracy of material requisition forms (RF) and discharges from the PG Store.
3. Monitor and manage online tender opportunities via relevant authority department websites.
4. Attend site visits and handle the preparation and submission of tender documents.
5. Provide support to the operations team in handling project-related correspondence.
6. Prepare and compile the monthly operational report for the PG Branch.
7. Carry out any other ad-hoc or special assignments as directed by the Branch Manager.

Requirement:

1. Resides in Penang Island/Penang state
2. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
3. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of exposure and working experience as Project Engineer or equivalent.
4. Experience in Construction or related industries are strongly preferred.
5. General interest in waterproofing specialization.
6. Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
7. Must be familiar and experts with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.
