Our client is a fabless semiconductor company that designs and develops analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs), providing solutions such as power management, signal processing, and custom IC products for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and development of analog circuits such as DC-DC converters, LDOs, ADCs/DACs.
- Experienced in designing DC-DC converters (Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost). Familiarity with fast transient response and fast dynamic voltage scaling (Fast DVS) is a strong plus.
- Experienced in switching charger circuit design, capable of independently completing architecture design and verification.
- Experienced in LDO design with expertise in low-power and low-noise optimization.
- Responsible for circuit simulation, layout guidance, and post-silicon validation to ensure mass production yield and performance.
- Participate in new product definition and development, assisting in resolving technical issues during customer or internal testing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor' s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of analog circuit R&D experience; experience with mass production projects preferred.
- Familiar with power management IC architectures and applications, with strong skills in power IC design and debugging.
- Solid foundation in analog circuit theory, familiar with common topologies and key design considerations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to work independently, and a strong capacity for learning.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents, quickly grasp new technologies, and apply them in design.
