Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate technical solutions and support. Daily tasks include presenting and demonstrating products, developing proposals, handling technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for customers. The role also requires supporting the sales team in achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
• Experience in automation or industrial engineering is a plus
• Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field is preferred
