As a System Engineer, you will be part of a support team working on a 24/7 shift rotation. You will provide both internal and external technical support to ensure systems and networks run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Monitor and ensure the network runs at optimal performance
- Support daily system operations and standby duties
- Assist Senior System Engineers with weekly and monthly reports
- Support network implementation projects
- Work closely with the development and routing teams
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
Customer & Support
- Provide support via email, phone, online tools, and video calls
- Handle customer issues professionally and promptly
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
System & Platform Management
- Maintain systems and platforms according to company procedures
- Ensure systems meet service level expectations
- Follow escalation procedures when issues arise
- Perform system backup, maintenance, monitoring, and health checks
- Provide solutions or suggestions to senior engineers or management when needed
