Job Purpose
- Responsible for timely loan documentation and data entry in the branch which include preparation, disbursement, safe custody, lodgment, movement and release
- Oversee the HP insurance business
- Ensure loan documents are prepared properly for signing
- Vet and ensure that loan documents and their supporting documents are in order prior to disbursement
- Ensure that all disbursements are in order and done within the authority framework
- Ensure timely disbursement to dealers/vendors to help improve rapport with them
- Ensure that loan documents are duly lodged according to regulatory/procedural requirements e.g. stamping and mailing within the stipulated period
- Ensure proper safekeeping and movement of loan documents/files including release
- Ensure that movement of loan documents are properly tracked
- Responsible for CIF and loan data quality
- Oversees the HP insurance business to ensure that targets are met
- Cross sell HP related products and any other Bank products
- Ensure timely submission of reports to Head Office
- Keep abreast with the latest and applicable Bank and regulatory policies, guidelines, manuals and circulars and ensure that they are compiled to all policy and guideline.
- Ensure that data integrity and workflow/process requirements are met
- Act as authorized signatory
- Undertake any other job functions as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
