Admin Intern
- Accurately enter delivery orders (DO) and invoices into the system.
- Input sales, customer, and stock data to maintain correct internal records.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, resolving issues promptly.
- Perform regular stock counts in the warehouse and update inventory records accordingly.
- Arrange for courier services, ensuring timely delivery of goods with proper documentation.
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
