About the Role
As a Business Development Executive – Medical Device Solution, you will play an important role in driving business growth, channel expansion, and partnership development for our healthcare solutions portfolio.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Promote and expand adoption of respiratory, sleep, and digital monitoring solutions
- Support achievement of sales and growth targets

Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and partners
- Support onboarding and activation of channel partners
- Coordinate partnership proposals, negotiations, and follow-up
---
Market Expansion
- Execute market penetration initiatives and growth strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence gathering
- Identify new channels and expansion opportunities
---
Account Management
- Support existing partners to drive engagement and utilization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
---
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in business development, medical sales, or healthcare partnerships
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare solutions preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Relationship-driven and commercially focused
- Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented
