Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Assist in providing IT support for employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and responding to technical inquiries.
System Maintenance: Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
Network Administration: Assist in managing network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth network operations.
Hardware Management: Support the setup, maintenance, and repair of hardware equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
Software Installation & Updates: Help with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting across different devices and operating systems.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions.
Learning & Development: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to bring new insights and skills to the team.
