Role Description

The Project Sales Engineer will handle the end-to-end sales process for power and distribution transformer projects in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Subang Jaya, includes identifying business opportunities, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful project implementation. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver customized solutions tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Sales and Sales, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales Management, ensuring delivery on sales targets and project objectives.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and project challenges.
• Relevant engineering or technical background preferred, with knowledge of power and distribution transformers.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in energy, utilities, or related industries will be a strong asset.
