Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and administer procurement contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Liaise with internal and external parties when required.
- Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL) in compliance with internal policies.
- Review and evaluate suppliers to ensure best value in cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ISO requirements, and governance standards.
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation in an organised and traceable manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
