JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and network security appliances.
• Administer firewall policies, NAT rules, VPN configurations, and access control management.
• Perform network monitoring, traffic analysis, and performance optimization.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
• Implement and maintain network security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support network infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and change implementations.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure stable operations.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, SOPs, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and security requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Network Infrastructure
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise or data center environments is an added advantage
• Strong hands-on experience in network infrastructure and firewall administration.
• Experience with firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, or similar.
• Good knowledge of routing and switching protocols including TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, and VPN technologies.
• Experience in network troubleshooting and performance monitoring tools.
• Understanding of network security concepts, IDS/IPS, proxy, and access control solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
