岗位职责
We are looking for someone who can commit to consistent on-site attendance, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm, as this role requires daily front-desk presence.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle general office admin: filing, data entry, document prep
Assist with invoicing, payment records, and basic office tasks
Support HR, accounts, and general office operations
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day running
Receptionist Duties:
Manage front desk and welcome visitors
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist walk-in enquiries
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier
Keep reception and common area tidy and presentable
