What do we need from you?
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree. Preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with social media and online marketing technologies is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English for creatives and multimedia development in both mediums.

Job Description:
As a Digital Marketers, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.
The role requires a balance of analytical and creative skills, with strong expertise in paid advertising, SEO, and performance tracking to ensure effective results.
What do we need you to do?
• To prepare, analyse and manage all digital marketing activities for social media, website, marketplaces and offline market
• To engage the audiences with various kinds of creatives and video-based contents, landing pages, and video views for marketing purposes.
• To keep up with evolving social media trends and technology, conduct market research, interpret and capitalize on emerging social media trends and technologies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Management team.
• Create & edit short reels to enhance brand awareness, product awareness to achieve company objectives.
• Handle customer request, feedback, concerns and questions professionally.
• Attend to all live chats in social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Initiate, follow up and close sales with customers and agents proactively.
