岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Summarize daily results and plan the next day’s actions before end of workday.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Prepare daily sales records and reports for submission to the Sales Manager.
Identify, resolve, and report on customer issues, product claims, and operational challenges.
Investigate product claims, including fact confirmation, cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Propose and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence of issues.
Participate in company activities and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development of new and servicing existing clients, technical support, or an engineering-related role.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good English and BM. Mandarin/ Others in an added advantage.
Proactive, independent, and able to work with a positive attitude.
Must possess own transport.
Remuneration packages:
Basic: Basic Salary : 3,500 ~ 5,000
Allowances : Car allowance MYR600.00, Sales allowance MYR100.00
Commissions: Yes
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days: 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5.30pm
