Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and output
• Analyze and evaluate production data to identify areas of improvement
• Design and implement new production equipment and systems
• Conduct tests and experiments to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• In collaboration with cross-functional teams, develop and implement safety protocols and quality standards
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent performance and prevent downtime
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of production processes and procedures
• Provide technical support and training for production teams
• Continuously examine and enhance processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• To take part in setting up photo edit and upload in GSS

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to lead engineering teams effectively.
• Knowledge in CAD or CAM software.
• Knowledge of CNC programming.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to read blueprint
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Working experience in CNC machining is an advantage.
