The CCTV Control Officer is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the organization’s CCTV systems to ensure safety, security, and compliance.

This role involves real-time surveillance, incident reporting and coordination with security and emergency response teams.

Key Responsibilities

• CCTV Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Incident Response: Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Security Manager or relevant authorities.
• Evidence Management: Secure and archive video footage for investigations, audits, or legal purposes.
• System Maintenance: Conduct routine checks to ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly; liaise with vendors for repairs.
• Reporting: Prepare daily surveillance logs and incident reports for management review.
• Coordination: Work closely with security guards, emergency response teams, and facility management to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Security Management, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in security operations or CCTV monitoring preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long monitoring shifts.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and PDPA compliance.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
