Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in documents , e.g quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice , brochures.
- Assisting in tender preparation.
- Assisting in preparing brochures, copying presentation material for project managers.
- Assisting in delivery arrangement
- Prepare the T&C certificates, user training form , OMM manual, user manual and other necessary documents
- Arranging demo unit when required by hospital.
- Aliases with warehouse closely to ensure the demo unit delivered to hospital.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
