Position : Business Development (Software Solutions)
Salary Range : RM 5,000 – RM 7,000
Working Location : 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara
Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, social media, and market research.
- Drive sales growth by executing effective business development strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their software and IT requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, contracts, and respond to RFPs/tenders.
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and client engagements, including occasional travel.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in software or IT solutions.
- Strong experience in handling RFPs, tenders, proposals, and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
- Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
