Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Manager in managing facility scope of the plant. Coordinate the schedule of inspection, certification and maintenance activities with internal maintenance team, external vendors and government officers. Involved in establishing and maintaining written procedures and cost saving activities.

The Scope Mainly Covers The Following

• Air-compressor maintenance
• Firefighting system maintenance
• HVAC (cooling systems) maintenance
• Sanitary and sewage system maintenance
• Electrical (HV/LV) maintenance and inspection
• Road, flooring, roof works, building painting
• General piping maintenance
• General lighting maintenance
• Boiler inspection and maintenance coordination
