Job Desriptions :

• Perform highly diversified duties to ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working order and maintained at high quality to prevent disruption of operation
• Provide prompt response to inquiries or request whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Inspect and observe machinery and equipment installations and operations to ensure compliance with design, equipment specifications and safety standards
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and using precision measuring and testing instruments when required
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance checks and servicing on equipment by implementing maintenance schedules
• Perform corrective mechanical maintenance by troubleshooting the cause of malfunctions using visual inspection, precision measuring and testing instruments and replacing or repairing faulty/broken parts
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, piping, fabrication, troubleshooting and repairing of machinery and equipment
• Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools used in the performance of assigned duties. Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area
• Prepare reports, forms, checklist, correspondence and related documentation regarding assigned operations in a complete, accurate and timely manner
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
