• Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) team
• Ensure all products meet customer requirements and company quality standards
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Handle customer complaints and lead investigation for quality issues
• Develop and improve quality inspection procedures and SOP
• Monitor production quality performance and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
• Conduct internal and external audits (ISO or customer audit if required)
• Train and guide QC staff on quality standards and inspection methods
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to reduce defects
• Prepare quality reports and present findings to management

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
