Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials according to site requirements.
• Prepare and issue materials, PPE, tools, and equipment to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, material issuance, and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Storekeeper or Site Supervisor.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and site teams regarding deliveries and material requests.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials when required.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly labeled and stored to prevent loss or damage.
• Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by management or supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work when required.
• Responsible, organized, disciplined, and punctual.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Previous working experience in construction site store operations is an added advantage.
• Possess valid driving license and forklift handling experience is an added advantage.
• Familiar with construction materials, tools, and PPE is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
