Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Marketing Event Executive. In this role, the Marketing Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient management. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with clients, vendors, and partners, and ensuring that events meet their goals and objectives. Additionally, the Marketing Event Executive will support in promoting events, managing budgets, and identifying sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with a strong ability to oversee logistics and ensure flawless event execution
• Strong skills in Event Marketing and Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, promote events, and generate leads
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively and professionally
• A team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with budget management and using metrics to measure event success
• Experience with marketing tools and event-related software is a plus
• Education in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field is highly preferred
