Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as a Project Management Support. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in ICT Management or Project Management who are eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating and supporting project delivery.

You will assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication are well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays
• Assist in resource planning and task allocation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support quality assurance and compliance with project standards
• Assist in preparing presentations and status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0–1 year experience)
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
