About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience for our patients. This role is crucial in representing the clinic’s values through excellent service and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients (front desk, phone, WhatsApp)
- Handle appointment bookings, rescheduling, and patient enquiries
- Welcome patients and ensure a positive, comfortable clinic experience
- Manage patient records and basic administrative tasks
- Address patient feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in customer service or clinic/front desk operations
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)
- Friendly, patient, well-organized, and service-oriented
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
