Your new role
- Business Development - Identify and prospect new opportunities in the industrial chemicals, disinfectants, and paint sectors, while onboarding regional distributors.
- Technical Translation - Convert complex customer requirements into clear internal briefs, bridging client expectations with production capabilities.
- Account Growth - Manage existing accounts, ensure consistent re‑orders, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and identify gaps to expand client product lines.
- Customer Advocacy - Act as the customer's voice in production meetings, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with client needs.
- Market Strategy - Monitor competitor pricing and launches, propose new product applications, and ensure compliance with international safety and chemical standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Educational Background - Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Applied Science, or relevant.
- Industry Experience - Minimum 5 years in B2B manufacturing sales, 3 years general operations management & more than 5 years of business transformation and development, ideally within chemical industries & strong understanding of channel sales.
- Sales Track Record - Proven ability to achieve new business targets and manage extended industrial sales.
- Technical Competence - Skilled in discussing chemical properties, interpreting data, and managing manufacturing production.
