• Minimum 1 year experience in cafe, restaurant, food stall, cloud kitchen, or similar F&B environment 
• Able to cook simple cafe-style meals consistently and quickly 
• Experience with rice bowls, pasta, fried/air-fried chicken, snacks, and basic drinks is an advantage 
• Knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safe food handling 
• Able to manage stock, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations 
• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently 
• Able to handle peak-hour orders and delivery platform orders 
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts 
• Food handling certificate or typhoid vaccination is an advantage 
• Training and menu guidance will be provided

Cafe Chef / Cloud Kitchen Cook

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Cafe Chef / Cloud Kitchen Cook to manage the food preparation and kitchen operations for our sim racing lounge cafe in Bukit Tinggi 1, Klang.

The role involves preparing simple but high-quality cafe food, handling cloud kitchen orders, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing food stock, and ensuring orders are prepared quickly and consistently.

Main responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook cafe menu items such as rice bowls, chicken dishes, pasta, snacks, jacket potatoes, and simple drinks 
• Handle dine-in, takeaway, and cloud kitchen orders through delivery platforms 
• Ensure food is prepared consistently according to recipe, portion size, and presentation standards 
• Manage daily food preparation, ingredient storage, and basic stock control 
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times 
• Pack delivery orders properly and ensure accuracy before dispatch 
• Monitor ingredient usage and reduce food wastage 
• Assist in improving menu items, preparation flow, and kitchen efficiency 
• Support opening and closing tasks for the cafe area 
• Work together with the front counter/sim racing staff to ensure smooth customer service 

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys cooking, can work independently, and is comfortable managing a small cafe/cloud kitchen setup.
