We're looking for a Performance Marketing ninja who has a strong grasp of current paid marketing platforms and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role involves analysing campaign data, aligning client objectives, assisting with media planning, and executing paid digital marketing strategies. This includes multi-chanel digital media buys, lead generation, campaign performance monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media, search and display advertising campaigns
- Strategise omni-channel campaigns to meet client business objectives including lead generation, conversions and awareness
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify campaign trends, formulate insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights gathered
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital led campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create web, mobile and social integrated solutions
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
