Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract award across multiple trades, specialising in high-rise projects.
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.
- Able to work independently, manage follow-ups, and maintain clear audit trails of contractual correspondence.
- Experience in cost breakdowns, value engineering, or subcontract negotiation is an added advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with both site and commercial teams, with a willingness to learn site operations (briefings provided where needed).
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce practical contract terms based on site insights and method statements (MS/ITP) to ensure site accountability and defect prevention.
- Validate subcontractor claims and ensure enforcement of scope checks and deduction clauses.
- Conduct random audits and collaborate with site PICs to confirm contract enforcement and operational feedback loops.
- Perform detailed cost analysis of actual project components (labour cost by man-days, material, equipment usage and mobilization) and ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Maintain and update the costing database to support data-driven rate negotiation and project cost optimization.
